On August 4th 2016, the Keenan Forever Foundation came together in NYC with friends from HUF and Chocolate Skateboards to celebrate the life and legacy of Keenan Milton at the first annual Keenan Forever Skate Jam held at TF West on 6th and Houston.
Also in attendance, Harold Hunter Foundation's Executive Director, Jessica Forsyth in support of the Woodward Camp skateboarding scholarship program. Other guests who stopped by included Steven Cales of Fifth Avenue Skateboard Co., Peter Bici (Producer of the Kids Documentary). Additionally, other Pro-Skaters joined in on the fun and were in attendance to give and show support for the youth in attendance, Austyn Gillette, Brad Comer, Kenny Anderson, Vincent Alvarez, Gino Iannuci, and the newest comer to the family Mr. Tyshawn Jones.
Skate Jammers were in full effect and deep into the festivities, there were all sorts of tricks: switch bs flips, nosegrinds, kickflips, and 360' to name a few. Everyone truly turned out and turned up in support of the truly spectacular event.
Joel Glanville, was the winner of the Camp Woodard Scholarship. He dazzled the crowd with his tenacious and great love for the sport.
